Order Form and Policies:
 
Use this order form to make customizations on your unit.  Save and attach in an email to orders@lovelylacewigs.com.
 
 
              
 
 
Return Policy:
We do not accept any exchanges or refunds due to customer errors. We will only take a return unit if it is an error on our behalf. The unit(s) must be shipped to the business address listed on the invoice in the original protectors when received. If there is an issue, buyer must contact Lovely Lace by email at nazirah@lovelylacewigs.com within 72 hours after receipt of the unit. The lace must not have been cut, and the wig must not have been altered in any way. This means if the hair has been cut, colored or processed, we will not accept the return. The unit must be free of any hair products in order for us to accept the return. In the package, please indicate in detail where the defect is. We will then inspect the return unit and contact you by email to let you know order results. If it is not our defect/specification error, buyer will be responsible for the return shipping rate. If we find it is an error on our behalf we will custom make you a new one at our expense and credit your account the shipping rate. Please keep in mind it will take up to 5 to 8 weeks to complete a new order.
 

Payment Policy:
Lovely Lace Wigs uses Google Checkout, unless products are purchased using eBay. eBay purchases are processed by Paypal and therefore covered by Paypal’s terms and conditions. Orders placed through lovelylacewigs.com are processed using Google Checkout and therefore covered by Google Checkout’s Payment Guarantee. All payments are due within 24 hours of receiving invoice.  Shipping address and Billing address must match.

 

 


Shipping:

Shipping address and Billing address must match. Once payment clears, in-stock item(s) will ship within 1-4 business days. Custom units will ship once payment is cleared and unit is complete (usually 6 weeks). Shipping will be provided by either UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF THESE SHIPPING SERVICES. The average shipping times can be estimated on the shipping service's website. We will provide you with a tracking number when available. Shipping and handling is $35 for one unit. Discounted combined shipping may apply.

 

Once item is packaged and shipped, you will receive an email notification including tracking number.  Signature confirmation at delivery is required for all purchases.

 

 

Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Lovely Lace Wigs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Lovely Lace Wigs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Lovely Lace Wigs shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
